EU hosting & GDPR

Puka Cloud is built and hosted in Europe. Your podcasts, media, and account data stay in the EU, and we’ve structured the whole stack around the GDPR from day one. Not bolted on afterwards.
Hosted in Austria, served across the EU
Application servers and object storage run within the European Union. Uploaded audio, video, and artwork sit on EU infrastructure and get served from EU-based endpoints. Product analytics run on EU cloud infrastructure, not exported to the US.
Who touches your data
We keep the list of third-party processors short and transparent. Where a provider operates outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your data, your control
- Export your full data at any time from within the app.
- Delete your account and associated data whenever you want.
- Request access, correction, or erasure under the GDPR.
- If you leave, we can redirect your feed so you keep your listeners.
For agencies and networks
If you manage shows for clients, you process their listener data through Puka Cloud. We offer a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 GDPR so you can demonstrate compliance to your clients.
